Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c.
butter, softened (2 sticks)
1 c.
(200g) sugar
1/2 c.
(110g) packed brown sugar

eggs
1
tsp. vanilla

1/4 c. (270g GF oat) flour

tsp. baking soda
If
using unsalted butter, add 1/2 tsp. salt
12
oz. chocolate chips
Cream
together butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Sift or whisk together flour,
baking soda, and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate
chips.
This
recipe will give you about 5 dozen crispy cookies.
