Broccoli Cheese Rice
BROCCOLI CHEESE RICE
12 oz frozen broccoli, cooked
8 oz cheese, melted (I prefer colby-jack)
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Heat if necessary.
