No-Bake Cheesecake Filling

NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE FILLING

This makes a fluffy, rich cheesecake!

I cut the sugar in half from the original recipe. If you want it sweeter, add more to taste.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar 
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream

Beat together first three ingredients until smooth. Put into a bowl. Beat cream to heavy peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate at least one hour to set.

A few ideas for what to do with it...
1. Dip for fruit, cookies, etc
2. Top with fruit or fruit topping
3. Use between cake layers
4. Spoon into graham cracker or cookie crust before setting
5. Eat it straight with a spoon ;)
