Italian Burgers

ITALIAN BURGERS

1 lb ground turkey
Seasoning blend:
   Dash of liquid smoke
   Oregano
   Basil
   Onion powder
   Garlic powder
   Parsley flakes
   Grated parmesan
   Grated Asiago
Mozzarella
Pasta sauce, heated
Parmesan
Asiago

Mix together seasoning blend (everything to taste). Mix with turkey. Form into 6 patties. Cook on the stove over medium heat, 4 minutes per side.

Top with slice of mozzarella, warm pasta sauce, parmesan, and Asiago.

Best served with a Caesar salad.

You can use these to make meatball subs.
