I add this to coffee, but there are lots of yummy uses for it!
3 Tbsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp ginger
1 Tbsp allspice
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cloves
Mix all together. Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place.
Half batch:
1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp ginger
1/2 Tbsp allspice
3/8 tsp nutmeg
3/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cloves
