Creamy Sweet Corn

CREAMY SWEET CORN

2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1/4 cup half and half (or cream)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer about 10 minutes or until corn is tender.
